Active Directory Engineer
About The Position
Seeking an experienced Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Virtual Directory Services (VDS) Engineer responsible for the design, implementation, support, and modernization of enterprise identity infrastructure. This role provides engineering leadership across Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Microsoft Entra ID, authentication and federation services, identity synchronization platforms, and Virtual Directory Services (VDS), including RadiantOne Virtual Directory Server, which provides directory virtualization, identity data aggregation, LDAP federation, identity abstraction, and enterprise application integration across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The engineer will drive platform stability, security, operational excellence, and strategic modernization initiatives while supporting complex integrations, disaster recovery preparedness, audit requirements, and enterprise identity services. Monitoring and observability capabilities are leveraged to support service health and operational awareness but are not the primary focus of the role.
Requirements
- Experienced Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Virtual Directory Services (VDS) Engineer.
- Experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with Virtual Directory Services (VDS), including RadiantOne Virtual Directory Server.
- Experience in modernization of Enterprise Identity Infrastructure.
- Experience in on-premises, cloud, and multi-cloud environments.
- Must be eligible to work in US on W2 without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Design, implementation, support, and modernization of enterprise identity infrastructure.
- Provide engineering leadership across Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Microsoft Entra ID, authentication and federation services, identity synchronization platforms, and Virtual Directory Services (VDS).
- Utilize RadiantOne Virtual Directory Server for directory virtualization, identity data aggregation, LDAP federation, identity abstraction, and enterprise application integration across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Drive platform stability, security, operational excellence, and strategic modernization initiatives.
- Support complex integrations, disaster recovery preparedness, audit requirements, and enterprise identity services.
