About The Position

The Atlee Station Family YMCA is currently seeking a positive role model to build relationships, plan, and coordinate our Active Older Adults and Youth & Family Programs. The YMCA of Greater Richmond is a nonprofit organization with the goal of strengthening the foundations of community. Requirements

• At least two years relevant work experience (preferably with older adults and youth and family)
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan programs, and coordinate program logistics (transportation, staffing, etc.).
• Establish a yearly calendar of events for programs.
• May assist in the overseeing of the hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating of staff or volunteers.
• Ensure coverage for all scheduled shifts.
• Fill in as needed.
• Attend and assist with all scheduled staff meetings and training sessions as required.
• Assist in the development of associated budget.
• Manage department expenditures within allotted budget.
