About The Position

Alchemysts Inc. is a leading North American marketing agency dedicated to beverage brands. We create impactful, experience-driven campaigns that connect brands with consumers in meaningful ways. We are currently looking for market-based Activation Managers (Field & Experiential) in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. This role is focused on execution, leading activations in-market, managing on-site teams, and ensuring seamless event delivery from setup to teardown.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in event execution, experiential marketing, or field activations
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Experience managing teams in fast-paced, on-site environments
• Comfortable handling logistics, inventory, and event setup/teardown
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and stay calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Valid license to drive across each market

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the beverage or CPG industry
• Knowledge of compliance and responsible service practices
• Smart Serve or provincial equivalent certification (required where applicable)
• Access to a vehicle
• Ability to purchase, transport, and manage product in accordance with local regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site execution of experiential activations and events within your market
• Manage and oversee brand ambassadors, bartenders, and event staff to ensure smooth delivery
• Handle full activation logistics including setup, teardown, and on-site coordination
• Ensure all activations are executed to brand standards and compliance requirements
• Manage inventory, product handling, and asset organization before, during, and after events
• Coordinate pickup, transport, and return of materials and product as needed
• Support product procurement, inventory tracking, and returns in line with program needs
• Act as the on-the-ground lead—troubleshooting in real time and ensuring a seamless consumer experience
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and provide post-event recaps and reporting
