This internship contributes to the efficient and effective operations of marketing projects, programs and events. The intern will perform a variety of tasks and provide support to the marketing team, ensuring that operational processes are followed. This role will assist with the planning and execution of special projects, events and conferences, and support the planning, development, production and delivery of marketing solutions. The intern will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure timelines are met and marketing collateral is aligned with brand standards and product positioning. This role will also build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders, maintain/update internal web content, presentations and sales aids, and coordinate processes for translation and regulatory approval of materials. Additionally, the intern will support the production of products and marketing solutions, including communications, articles, presentations and sales tools, as well as the development, production and distribution of marketing collateral, and manage inventories of materials. The intern will update, track and maintain team schedules, marketing budgets and marketing inventory, and execute work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service. This role involves completing complex and diverse tasks within given rules/limits, potentially handling escalations, analyzing issues, and determining next steps. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. The intern will also take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying the Risk Management Framework in the execution of their role, in line with the Risk Culture and within the approved Risk Appetite, making sound and risk-informed decisions that align to business strategy, protect assets, and adhere to applicable policy documents, laws, and regulations.
