About The Position

Organizational change management comes down to learning how an organization works and making it better. This role focuses on process improvement, performance measurement, and business management analysis to identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them. The ideal candidate is an organizational transformation and change specialist who can help improve the systems that move entire organizations forward.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a senior program leadership role
Experience in an actions or governance role
Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
Experience with senior-level program management in a multidisciplinary environment
Experience supporting senior executives and coordinating multidisciplinary teams and activities across organizational boundaries
Experience with process improvement and performance management
Ability to develop and present briefings on strategy, policy, and governance activities
Ability to develop integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive-level program products and understand complex technical activities sufficiently to integrate execution
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree

Experience with program management tools, integrated master schedules, risk and issue management, resource planning, and executive dashboards
Experience with human capital programs
Experience leading complex programs or organizations
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Project Management Professional Certification or similar
