About The Position

This is an opportunity to shape the editorial direction of two high-profile shows that reach audiences around the world. Working alongside our hosts, producers and the FT’s global network of reporters and editors, you’ll help deliver authoritative, engaging journalism that explains the biggest stories in business, finance and world affairs. You’ll be responsible for driving editorial decision-making, ensuring consistently high production standards and responding quickly when news breaks. The role requires outstanding news judgement, strong editorial leadership and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving newsroom. You’ll also help identify new opportunities to grow audiences across podcast platforms, social media and YouTube. Our Audio team thrives on collaboration, curiosity and flexibility, making this an exciting opportunity for an FT colleague who wants to develop their editorial leadership and work at the heart of a busy newsroom.
