Network180 is the behavioral health community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We are seeking an ACT therapist to be responsible for Person-Centered Planning to develop an Individual Plan of Service. Provide on-going linking, coordinating, and monitoring of services within the standards of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) evidence-based model. Provide evidence based, trauma and recovery focused therapy to clients of Network180’s ACT team. This is a full-time position, primarily Monday – Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with some evenings and weekends potentially required, and rotating on-call shifts. The employee will work in-person at our ACT Department location and will also travel within the community on a daily basis.
