The Adolescent Center for Treatment (ACT) with the Johnson County Mental Health Center is pleased to announce the opening of an Adolescent Center for Treatment Residential Clinician (Clinician II) position. This position requires an applicant to be credentialed with the BSRB with a Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Psychology or other Human Services field. This position is responsible for a variety of functions to help support this 24-hour facility providing services for adolescent clients. This position will provide initial intake diagnostic assessments, treatment plan development, and individual, group and family therapy services. This position will also work closely with the clinical team of case managers, psychiatrists, service coordinators and direct care staff to meet the individual substance use and mental health needs of the youth. This position will also be responsible for discharge planning and providing recommendations for post discharge treatment services. Johnson County has implemented a skill-based pay plan of up to $4200 annually for staff who have obtained licensure by the BSRB at the Clinical Level.
