The ACT/OCT Coordinator promotes the ACT/OCT program to all staff and students, recruits students to ensure program capacity, and provides support services to concurrently enrolled students to ensure all OMS goals and student achievement of certificates and degrees are met. This role acts as a liaison between the center and the concurrent enrollment provider, maintains student records, and ensures students meet established attendance and performance criteria. The coordinator also plays a key role in financial aid coordination, provides feedback on employability skills, and works towards meeting Outcome Measurement System goals. Additionally, the position involves planning, implementing, and marketing work-based learning (WBL) programs, including developing policies, recruiting and monitoring students, and ensuring compliance with DOL requirements and safety standards.
