JBR Contracting Coastal Bath Remodel is seeking skilled Independent Contractors to install premium acrylic bath and shower systems in the Portland area and surrounding communities. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of bathroom remodeling, carpentry, trim carpentry, or residential construction experience
• Ability to accurately measure and work with standard construction tools
• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Nice To Haves

• Experience installing bath or shower systems preferred
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete bath and shower remodeling projects according to company installation standards
• Perform demolition, carpentry, trim work, and installation of acrylic bath systems
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Review completed projects with homeowners and provide product care instructions
• Take project photos and submit required job documentation
• Manage installation materials and maintain your tools and equipment
• Communicate effectively with the project team regarding job progress and completion
