Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, renovation, or a related trade
- Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to read and follow installation instructions and safety procedures

- Protect customer property and ensure a clean work environment
- Educate customers on product care and maintenance after installation
- Complete required paperwork, job documentation, and project photos
- Maintain inventory, tools, and installation materials
- Ensure projects are completed to company quality standards and customer satisfaction
