We’re looking for skilled and dependable professionals to join our growing team and help transform homes with high-quality acrylic bath solutions. We specialize in stylish, cost-effective, and low-maintenance bath remodeling systems, including accessibility upgrades. Your Role: As an Experienced Acrylic Bath Installer, you will be responsible for the professional and efficient installation of our products while ensuring complete customer satisfaction on every project. This is a full-time position for installers who take pride in their work and consistently deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or in-home remodeling experience
Ability to take precise measurements (tape measure, level, combination square)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proficiency with power tools
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds

Nice To Haves

Experience as a bath or shower installer preferred
Basic plumbing knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

Complete wet area remodels (often in one day) using carpentry and construction skills
Follow company installation standards and procedures to ensure quality workmanship
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers
Keep job sites clean and organized while respecting the customer’s home
Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new bath system
Complete required paperwork and submit job photos
Maintain and stock installation vehicle with necessary tools and materials
