Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, or home renovations.
• Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Nice To Haves

• Experience installing acrylic bath or shower systems is preferred.
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems in customers' homes.
• Complete one-day bathroom remodels.
• Perform carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing as needed.
• Take accurate measurements and prepare installation areas.
• Follow company installation standards to ensure quality workmanship.
• Keep the work area clean and respect customers' homes.
• Review completed installations with homeowners and answer any questions.
• Complete required paperwork and job photos.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and installation materials.
