About The Position

As an Acrylic Bath Installer (1099 Contractor), you’ll be responsible for completing professional bath installations in residential homes. Most projects are completed in a single day, requiring efficiency, precision, and strong attention to detail. You’ll represent the company in customers’ homes, so professionalism and quality workmanship are essential.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, or bath installation
• Strong knowledge of basic construction techniques and measurements
• Proficient with hand and power tools (drills, saws, jigsaws, etc.)
• Ability to read measurements using tape measure, level, and square
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Complete full acrylic bath installations (typically 1-day remodels)
• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and light construction work
• Follow all installation standards and job specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners during projects
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of installed products
• Complete job documentation, including paperwork and job photos
• Load, maintain, and organize tools and installation materials
