BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional Acquisition Project Manager for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's acquisition of Sentinel, the nation’s next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM). This role is for a non-supervisory Acquisition Logistician who will work with a highly skilled team providing mission-critical acquisition project management, reporting, and program integration functions on behalf of the Sentinel System Program Office. The candidate will serve as an acquisition logistics subject matter expert, key program advisor, and a focal point for the assessment and reporting of Sentinel program status, including technical performance, contract performance, enterprise integrated master schedule health, and risks, issues, and opportunities. The position operates in an organizational culture that develops and challenges employees to achieve high performance in a fast-paced, high-morale workplace using streamlined management policies and procedures. Specifically, this Product Support team member will be responsible for working with Air Force stakeholders for the evaluation and integration of various integrated product support elements including Maintenance Planning and Management, Depot Maintenance, Support Equipment, and other Integrated Product Support elements as required by the integrated product teams. Additionally, this role will identify specific Logistics processes, key stakeholders and schedule to support the programs cross functional activities and resulting product support package.
