About The Position

This role supports space and SATCOM sustainment programs by shaping modern, agile-oriented acquisition strategies. The Acquisition Program Integrator will work alongside mission partners to develop, evaluate, and execute acquisition artifacts that drive effective sustainment, modernization, and integration of SATCOM systems. Responsibilities include supporting program planning, coordinating across engineering and contracting teams, managing documentation, and ensuring acquisition activities align with enterprise standards and mission needs. The role advises leadership on structuring sustainment contracts for continuous integration, iterative updates, and shifting backlog priorities. It involves drafting, reviewing, and refining acquisition packages tailored for agile execution, serving as a liaison between technical agile engineering teams and Government Contracting Officers (COs) to ensure FAR compliance, and driving vendor performance through Agile-structured evaluation criteria and technical assessments. The goal is to contribute to maintaining resilient, adaptable SATCOM capabilities in support of national defense.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DoD program management, navigating the acquisition lifecycle, and supporting program milestone reviews.
  • 5+ years of experience with direct implementation of agile methodologies, including program increment (PI) planning, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
  • 3+ years of experience applying agile concepts to sustainment contracting, such as O&M or PBL.
  • 3+ years of experience drafting agile-driven RFPs, SOOs, or modular acquisition artifacts.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business field.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience supporting space, SATCOM, ground-system programs, or digital-engineering environments.
  • 1+ years of experience with basic cost or pricing analysis, evaluating Agile labor rates, reviewing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, and assisting with Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
  • 1+ years of experience with configuration management, technical baselines, risk management frameworks, or enterprise working groups.
  • Master's degree.
  • SAFe Practitioner (SP) or SAFe for Government certification.
  • CSM, PMP, APDP PM Level I certification, or ICAgile certification.

Responsibilities
