The Acquisition Program Analyst responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to compile and deliver competency based SITREPS/reports.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures in support of Program Office activities.
Provide program analysis through the development, revision, and update of statutory, regulatory, and programmatic acquisition documents such as, but not limited to Acquisition Strategy/Acquisition Plan, Acquisition Program Baseline, Life Cycle Sustainment Plan, Systems Engineering Plan, Test and Evaluation Plan, etc.
Develop, update and maintain Program Integrated Master Schedules.
Support all acquisition competencies through participation in Systems Engineering Technical Reviews, Logistics Assessments, and Milestone Decisions.
Support the development of Program Management Review Briefs.
Conduct VIPER-based Probability of Program Success analysis.
Support and participate in Program Integrated Product Teams. Develop meeting schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes as required.
Assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting Programmatic Risks.
Update Program Knowledge Centers.
Create and manage SharePoint-based workflows
Track Program Action Items.
Develop responses to ETMS2 taskers and route to the customer for approval.
