About The Position

Patricio Enterprises is seeking an Acquisition Logistics Analyst to support the Marine Corps Program Manager Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2). The principal duties align with tracking Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and obsolescence management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience; substitutions are an associate’s degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma plus eight years of relevant experience.
SAFe Practitioner certificate or completion of a SAFe Practitioner course within six months of hire.
Knowledge of Marine Corps logistics processes, including provisioning, readiness reporting, GCSS-MC, TFSMS, and WAWF/PIEE.
Demonstrated proficiency with applicable Marine Corps logistics processes and systems.
Ability to work with government-provided software packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees.
Ability to use Artificial/Super Intelligence for research and document preparation.
Ability to see and hear, read, and write effectively in English.
Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; use common sense; complete routine forms, use existing form letters, and conduct routine oral communication; and make decisions with significant impact on the immediate work unit.

Responsibilities

Establish a program to identify configuration items, including spare parts, subject to DMSMS and obsolescence based on submissions from managing Warfare Centers and internal analysis of applicable MAGTF C2 programs.
Include a process to identify when a DMSMS or obsolescence risk may affect the configuration baseline and develop risk-mitigation actions to address parts obsolescence.
When a DMSMS or obsolescence risk is identified, develop and provide recommended actions to mitigate its impact on system availability, schedule, and cost.
Deliver all source data from the DMSMS program to support Government forecasting of DMSMS risks.
