Allied Roofing PartnersRemote, FL

About The Position

Allied Roofing Partners (ARP) is seeking an experienced Integrations Manager to lead the successful integration of newly acquired companies into the ARP organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on project management and operational integration role. The Integrations Manager will serve as the central coordinator for acquisition integration activities, ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned, key deliverables are completed on time, milestones are properly coordinated, and responsible parties remain accountable for their commitments. The successful candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working across multiple business functions, and able to manage numerous moving pieces simultaneously. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, functional leaders, and leadership teams at newly acquired companies to move each acquisition from planning through successful operational integration. While technology and systems are an important component of integration, this is not an IT-focused position. We are looking for a strong project and operations professional who is comfortable working with CRM, project management, financial, HR, and other business systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, business integration, program management, or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, business transitions, implementations, or other complex organizational change is strongly preferred.
  • Recent experience within the roofing, construction, exterior home improvement, or skilled trades industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong operational and business acumen with the ability to understand how different functional areas work together.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, Monday.com (highly desirable), project/task management tools, and other business systems.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/payroll, ERP/accounting, or document-management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to respectfully hold stakeholders accountable for commitments and deadlines, including individuals outside of the position's direct reporting authority.
  • Proactive problem solver who can anticipate roadblocks and drive issues toward resolution.
  • Comfortable communicating and working directly with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and acquired-company leadership.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to newly acquired companies as needed.

  • Identify risks, delays, and dependencies early and escalate issues appropriately to leadership.
  • Provide clear, concise integration status updates to executive leadership.
  • Coordinate integration activities across Operations, Finance, HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and other functional areas.
  • Assist with the operational and logistical transition of newly acquired companies, helping ensure continuity and minimal disruption during integration.
  • Partner with acquired-company leaders to communicate integration requirements, timelines, processes, and expectations.
  • Help identify operational gaps and translate acquisition diligence findings into actionable integration plans.
  • Travel to newly acquired companies as needed to support integration activities and operational transitions.
  • Support the transition and alignment of CRM, project management, financial/accounting, document management, and other business systems.
  • Coordinate with IT and functional system owners on system-related integration activities while maintaining focus on the overall business and operational integration.
