About The Position

The Achievement Coordinator serves as the connection between the LMEG Achievement Team and state-level teaching teams. This role ensures strategic priorities are communicated, implemented, and supported across instructional teams. The Achievement Coordinator promotes educator success, instructional accountability, and collaboration to improve student outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Attend Achievement Team meetings and represent state-level teaching teams.
  • Communicate priorities, expectations, and updates to Lead Teachers and instructional staff.
  • Maintain meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
  • Ensure strategic goals are implemented consistently.
  • Represent the mission and values of LMEG in all interactions.
  • Partner with Lead Teachers to support instructional teams.
  • Monitor implementation of Achievement Team directives.
  • Promote accountability for teacher performance and professional growth.
  • Provide instructional feedback using observation tools.
  • Support teacher scorecards and goal setting.
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new staff.
  • Serve as a resource for teachers experiencing instructional challenges.
  • Support implementation of teacher Performance Improvement Plans.
  • Collaborate on planning and coordinating professional development.
  • Gather feedback from teachers and Lead Teachers to determine training needs.
  • Support Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and collaborative planning.
  • Monitor participation and outcomes of professional development activities.
  • Help design targeted training based on student and teacher data.
  • Analyze student achievement data to support instructional decisions.
  • Support benchmark and state assessment administration and compliance.
  • Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for student growth.
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to the Director of Achievement.
  • Promote a culture of data-informed instruction.
  • Collaborate with school leaders, support staff, and the Achievement Director.
  • Maintain professional, proactive, and transparent communication.
  • Support alignment between state goals and the broader LMEG mission.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity.
