Beehive is seeking a full-time ACH Specialist to work at our Administration Building in Rexburg, ID. This position works 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $20.50 per hour, DOE.

Requirements

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school or equivalent education required.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Should feel comfortable with multiple software and data processing systems.
• Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
• Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation.
• Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator.
• Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day.
• Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Responsibilities

• Processes ACH and ACH originations.
• Monitors and reports ACH fraud.
• Balances ACH reports and GLs.
• Processes ACHO rejections and all ACH notification exceptions.
• Stays up to date on all ACH guidelines and attends all ACH trainings.
• Performs ACH related risk evaluations.
• Supports Operations department with incoming calls.
• Assists with other payment processing functions (such as share draft, wires, iPay, remote deposit capture, etc).
• Assists with automatic transfers and payroll deductions.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.
