About The Position

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an analytical and detail-oriented ACH Specialist I to join our EOS-ACH team.

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• 1 year of experience in banking, accounting, or related field
• Ability to work in team environment
• Good written and verbal communication
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
• Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
• Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
• Good time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or higher in business administration preferred

Responsibilities

• Processes routine to moderately complex ACH transactions and accounting entries.
• Researches and/or processes exception items and balances or analyzes bank records for accuracy.
• Provide customer service and guidance to customers, branches, internal departments and other Financial Institutions.
