This role sits within Solventum’s Medical Surgical Division, supporting the Acera product portfolio and its clinically proven solutions designed to improve patient outcomes and surgical efficiency. Through Acera Surgical and the Restrata product, the team advances evidence-based wound care technologies that support healing across multiple surgical specialties, helping frontline healthcare providers deliver safer, more effective care.

Requirements

  • This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program.
  • As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off.
  • Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales OR High School Diploma/GED AND 9+ years’ experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, with accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
  • Developing and executing territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.
  • Building and sustaining trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments and sites of care.
  • Delivering compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
  • Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
