About The Position

The Accumulator Coordinator will be responsible for researching and calculating member accumulators using multiple sources. This role involves updating the Accumulator Application according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and taking on additional training, new assignments, or projects as needed by client requirements. The position requires meeting or exceeding performance measures, including quality, productivity standards, and process Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, the role necessitates successful completion of regulatory and compliance requirements like HIPAA, as well as all organizational and client training. The Accumulator Coordinator should understand how their work impacts results across their area and other processes, demonstrate knowledge of internal operations, and develop relationships to facilitate workflow. A strong understanding of related regulations and standards, as well as current processes and procedures, is expected, with the potential to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience.
  • Very good Excel skills.
  • 5+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, leverage internet search engines, and other web-based applications.
  • 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite that required daily usage of Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to type 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

  • Use multiple sources in researching the potential and calculating member accumulators.
  • Update Accumulator Application according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • Take up additional training/ new assignments or projects that may come up as per client needs.
  • Meet/ exceed required performance measures such as quality and productivity standards.
  • Meet/ exceed process SLAs.
  • Successfully complete the required regulatory and compliance requirements such as the HIPAA.
  • Successfully complete all organizational and client training requirements.
  • Understand how work impacts results for their area as well as other processes.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of internal operations and develop relationships to facilitate workflow.
  • Knowledge of related regulations and standards.
