Bay Cove Human Services' mission is to partner with people to overcome challenges and realize personal potential. Bay Cove pursues this mission by providing individualized and compassionate services to people facing the challenges associated with developmental disabilities, mental illness, substance use disorders, and homelessness at more than 175 program sites throughout Greater Boston and Southeastern Massachusetts. Job Summary: The Residential Clinical Coordinator provides clinical assessment, safety and treatment planning, individual and group treatment, to Persons residing in an Intensive Behavioral Group Living Environment (IBGLE) as well as providing clinical training and supervision of direct care staff regarding the proper implementation of clinical interventions. The Residential Clinical Coordinator contributes to Bay Cove’s mission by ensuring that the IBGLE provides thoughtful and responsive treatment to Persons so that they can build skills and engage meaningfully towards greater independence. This is an exempt position.
