Army TAP provides mandatory transition services to Soldiers preparing to separate or retire from active duty. Each year, more than 200,000 Service Members rely on TAP to meet federally mandated Career Readiness Standards before transitioning to civilian life. Financial readiness is one of the most critical components of that transition. As a Financial Counselor, you will deliver mandatory financial planning instruction and provide individualized counseling to transitioning Soldiers and their families. This role combines classroom facilitation with one-on-one financial guidance in a structured, mission-focused environment. Your work directly impacts the financial stability of military families at a pivotal moment in their lives.
