About The Position

We're on the hunt for an epic human to join our Virgin Voyage's Accounting Team as our fabulous and newest Accounts Receivable Specialist. This person is responsible for helping to maintain all aspects of client accounts including AR aging & billing, business submission and account reconciliations. Requirements

• High School Diploma, college degree preferred
• 1-3 years accounts receivable and/or general accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounts receivable/collections
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to collaborate with others across the organization
• Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoice creation and cash collections for assigned accounts
• Investigate, reconcile, and balance all assigned accounts
• Process daily cash receipts and apply to the correct account
• Proactively make collection emails, calls and prepare delinquent notices
• Make clear and concise notations on accounts to document your work after each telephone or email communication
• Maintain a complete understanding of the company’s collections and billing process
• Correspond with customers in writing (email) and via telephone effectively
• Assist with credit card chargeback disputes, reporting & documentation
• Other duties as assigned
