As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a key role in the financial heartbeat of our company — managing cash applications, keeping our books tight, and building strong relationships with our customers. Requirements

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field — or equivalent real-world experience
• 2-3 years of AR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Solid skills in cash applications and payment processing
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills — you know your way around a spreadsheet
• A sharp eye for detail and the communication skills to back it up

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash applications and ensure every customer payment is posted accurately and on time
• Dig into payment discrepancies and resolve customer billing inquiries with confidence
• Stay on top of AR aging reports and proactively follow up on past due accounts
• Keep customer account records spotless in our ERP system
• Deliver sharp monthly AR reports and metrics that help leadership make great decisions
• Partner with our sales team to knock out customer payment issues fast
