About The Position
Our client in West Bridgewater, MA is seeking a Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist Full-Time. This assignment will be full-time for 3-6 months! Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 1-hour lunch Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience Position Overview: The Accounts Receivable Specialist will support a time-sensitive project, focusing on AR functions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of receivables.
Requirements
- Prior Accounts Receivable experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes
- Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts
- Follow up on outstanding balances
