About The Position

Time Equities, Inc. (“TEI”), a full-service global real estate company, is looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking, and quick-learning Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in New York, NY. If you have strong data entry, collection, Microsoft Excel, and communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities As an Accounts Receivable Professional, you'll be responsible for accurate and timely financial processing and account management. Your duties will include: Payment Processing: Performing high-volume data entry of tenants and non-tenant checks and electronic deposits into various MRI modules and utilizing Remote Deposit Capture Services for bank deposits. Management Fee Oversight: Ensuring accurate and timely recording and payment of management fees using Microsoft Excel schedules. Also, must be able to calculate management fees and send out monthly arrears reports in a timely manner.  Software Utilization: Working with various third-party programs, including MRI, Click Pay, Avid, Obligo, and Kyriba. Company Income Management: Applies receipts, reconciles invoices, and processes adjustments. Financial Reconciliation: Preparing journal entries, working with foreign currencies, and researching and resolving account discrepancies, including identifying electronic payments received via Kyriba. Requirements We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong financial aptitude. To succeed in this role, you'll need: Prior Experience: Experience in Accounts Receivable, Real Estate, and Accounting is highly preferred. Experience with MRI is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas, along with proficiency in MS Word and MS Outlook. Key Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and keen attention to detail for thorough and accurate work. Requirements
