About The Position
Uline is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who is fluent in both English and French for a hiring event in Milton, ON. This full-time position offers a pay rate of $36 to $40 per hour with significant growth and earning potential. Requirements
- Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.
- Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
- Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
