About The Position

We are in search of a self-motivated individual to play a role in our fast-growing and dynamic team. As an Intern in our accounting department, you will be exposed to and learn about nearly every facet of our business, while focusing on tasks within AR, AP, month end close, and financial reporting. This position will be in our Exton, PA office.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to customers and to those within the company.
• Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customers, co-workers, and other personnel at all times.
• Commitment to integrity and to the Company Standards and Procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.

Responsibilities

• Open aging balance account recollection
• Research and resolving account discrepancies
• Support daily cash application through check, ACH, and credit card
• Drive electronic payment adaptation
• Light collections efforts
• Support new customer onboarding and documentation review
• Assist with short-term cash forecasting
• Support tax exemption certificate management
• Collaborate with finance team on process improvements
