A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable & Deductions Manager in Ludington, Michigan (MI). Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5-7 years of AR/collections experience
• Supervisory required
• ERP/accounting systems & Excel proficiency
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• CPA/advanced degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor AR and Deductions team
• Oversee billing, collections, and cash application
• Monitor aging reports and improve collections
• Resolve customer disputes and deductions
• Streamline AR processes and ensure compliance
• Present AR metrics and support audits
