About The Position

Daily collection of receivables, invoicing and posting of cash and miscellaneous duties as needed.

Requirements

• One (1) year business to business collections experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
• High school degree or GED equivalent required
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Ability to perform in high stress situations
• Good written communication skills
• Basic Excel skills
• Self Starter
• Team player

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Collecting monies from customers – distributors and agencies
• Working closely with internal customers – customer care
• Posting general ledger transactions – processing credit memos
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Distribution of invoices
