About The Position

As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will manage a complex portfolio across multiple sales channels, focusing on maintaining account accuracy and driving process improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit & Collections.
  • Proven experience in driving changes and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel (Pivot Tables and X-lookups).
  • Experience with Oracle systems highly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Being bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable portfolio of complex accounts across multiple sales channels.
  • Initiate customer calls, generate delinquent notices, and perform account adjustments and reconciliations.
  • Regularly evaluate and identify opportunities to improve processes, enhancing business and customer experiences.
  • Recommend and lead initiatives for operational excellence in collections, customer service, and process improvements.
  • Think strategically, act operationally, manage risk, and align future directions with priorities.
  • Participate in and support systems improvements, focusing on streamlining the collection process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems, process gaps, and propose solutions for process improvement.
  • Manage trends of unpaid balances and work closely with internal and external customers to recommend solutions.
  • Research and resolve unpaid balances, short-paid balances, pricing discrepancies, deductions, and credit memos.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of rebates and promotional programs related to accounts.
