About The Position

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will manage the reporting and processing of royalty income, monitor aging reports from multiple entities, and prepare reports for senior accounting members. The role involves preparing ad hoc analysis for special projects and investigating invoice discrepancies to ensure accurate billing.

Requirements

Experience with accounts receivable, aging report, and billing collections.
Proficiency in Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.
Strong Excel skills.
Experience in billing/collections.
Experience in the AEC industry.
Experience in accounting, invoice processing, and collections.

Bachelor's degree in accounting.

Responsibilities

Manage reporting and processing of royalty income.
Monitor aging reports and prepare reports for senior accounting members.
Prepare ad hoc analysis for special projects.
Investigate invoice discrepancies and prepare new invoices as needed.
Work with project managers to ensure accurate billing.
Assist extensively in the collection efforts, tailoring collections via email for each client.
Prepare collections reports and analyze unpaid vs paid invoices.
Construct plans for client-specific collections and navigate upcoming collections efforts.
Participate in monthly meetings to provide summary and cash flow reports for CFO.
Assist with client billing.
