Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Record and apply incoming payments, including ACH transfers and checks
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies accurately and efficiently
• Manage new customer onboarding by uploading contracts, reviewing payment terms, and assessing credit reports
• Proactively communicate with new customers to confirm invoice delivery and verify correct banking information
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to active billing
• Prepare and run weekly accounts receivable and aging reports
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up with brokers and customers on overdue balances or accounts requiring attention
• Support collections efforts while maintaining positive customer relationships
