About The Position

Tollefson's Retail Group currently operates furniture and flooring locations throughout Montana, North Dakota and Minnesota. You can learn more about us at our company website! We are currently looking for a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team! This position is located in our Central Office, in Minot, ND . Our Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for invoicing sales, ensuring deposits are accurate and proper accounting procedures are followed to account for the receipt of payment for goods and services by the company. This individual must work at a steady pace, be comfortable working within well-defined processes & procedures. The accounting team works onsite in a shared open office floor plan, so the right candidate is able to work well with others. A high school diploma or GED is required. This position does allow for some flexibility with scheduling! The ideal candidate will work at least 4 hours per day during our office hours, Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM. This position is onsite.
