  • Must be able to work the standard 8AM-5PM, Monday – Friday schedule and overtime as required
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation
  • Limited travel required
  • Minimum High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 1-3 years’ accounting payable and receivable experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a US Citizen, Permanent US Resident, or currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without current or future employment sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Apply customer payments
  • Prepare and generate customer invoices and account credits
  • Research and solve payment discrepancies
  • Process credit card payments and credits
  • Make adjustments to accounts as needed
  • Prepare weekly account status reports
  • Maintenance of accounts to ensure current payment status
  • Reconcile customer accounts at month-end to ensure customer accounts have the correct month-end balance
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
