We are seeking a results-driven full time Cash Posting Specialist to support our Revenue Cycle function. Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Required knowledge and experience with Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care Organization (MCO), and private insurance claims
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Organized
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurately post payments, adjustments, and remittances
- Assist with resolving outstanding claims
- Support month-end reconciliation
- Process check payments
- Maintain the daily cash log
- Post all transactions in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Serve as an integral customer service agent for inquiries related to billing, payments, and account balances
