Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1+ years of relevant work experience required

Nice To Haves

• Experiences in Excel and/or Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation and Deposits Within Other Systems: Approve reconciliations for REPO Plus Complete bond deposits in TAM on a daily basis Approve Payments in Bank/Check Bank Website: Approve ACH’s initiated in the bank website Check Bank website for deposits that have hit our system
• Assists Accounting Manager with Mentoring and Other Duties: Help train new employees Lend assistance to other coworkers when the need arises
• Assists with Month End Closure: Book profit sharing amounts at the end of the month Book accruals at month end Complete balance sheets on a monthly basis
