About The Position

We’re looking for a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate to support our B2B and wholesale business. This role will work closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations to support invoicing, customer accounts, and cash collection.

This position is well suited for an entry-level candidate or student who is eager to learn, willing to roll up their sleeves, and excited about building a career in the outdoor / consumer products industry. We care far more about attitude, curiosity, and work ethic than prior accounting experience.

Requirements

• Strong appetite for learning and taking on new challenges

• Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic data
• Ability to work at least 15 hours per week in-office
• Prior Accounting or Finance Experience is not required - This role is designed to grow with the right person.

Responsibilities

• Actively track and manage open invoices and past-due balances, partnering with retailers and the Sales team to resolve discrepancies, follow up on payments, and maintain a clean and current accounts receivable ledger.
• Prepare AR reports and schedules
• Assist with resolving basic billing questions or discrepancies
• Support the setup and maintenance of B2B customer accounts
• Apply customer payments and help maintain accurate AR records
• Partner with Sales and Operations on B2B order and customer needs
• Take on additional responsibilities over time as experience and confidence grow
