About The Position

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for invoice support, managing billbacks, validating financial processes and general accounting duties. This involves handling confidential information and providing support to customers and suppliers. This position requires a strong understanding of financial information, and will work from our Kalamazoo Headquarters Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Like a fine wine, Imperial Beverage has been getting better with age since 1933. We are a Michigan family-owned beverage distributor and we are passionate about helping others succeed - at work and in the community. Requirements

Associate Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field required
18 years of age or older
Strong financial acumen including an understanding of financial information
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong analytical skills and numeric ability
Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently while remaining calm and professional
A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively
Sense of urgency and attention to detail while working within deadlines
Must possess superior communication and customer service skills, confidentiality and professionalism
Self-starter with a high productivity level
