About The Position

Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst at our facility in West Chester, Ohio. The position will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable team, specifically claims. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Analytical skillset and ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week.
  • Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in processes relating to customer accounts.
  • Provide multifunctional support across all activities of accounts receivable.
  • Identify and implement process changes to support continuous process improvement related to revenue cycle management.
  • Provide support to both internal and external customers to ensure requests and daily requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide analytical support to management and external customers to support problem resolution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation relating to accounts receivable to ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX.
  • Other duties as assigned.
