About The Position

Sixt is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the Accounting team. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will support the Accounts Receivable team by providing timely analysis and support for Accounts Receivable functions of our OEM and fleet teams. Requirements

• You have 1-2 years of experience working with ERP systems and dashboards in accounts receivable
• You have a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience, and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• You are proficient with Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel
• You demonstrate excellent attention to detail, professional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask
• You are success-oriented, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high standards of customer service
• You work autonomously, take full ownership of your projects, and consistently deliver results with a proactive, dependable mindset

Responsibilities

• You analyze and report on key reporting items related to outstanding fleet receivables
• You prioritize process automation to help send titles out quickly after sale
• You monitor aged debt positions for buyback and incentives and report accordingly
• You provide excellent customer service to corporate customers by providing answers to inquiries and other items to help make payment as seamless as possible
• You provide data necessary to OEMs and partnering department
