About The Position

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves resolving tickets, supporting Oracle queue clean-up, and providing support to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will provide timely escalations to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and offer training and guidance on accounts payable procedures and processes.

Requirements

  • 1-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable procedures.
  • Experience with ticket resolution.
  • 1099 knowledge.
  • Vendor setup and research analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle experience is a strong plus.
  • Customer service mindset, especially in vendor outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve tickets efficiently and effectively.
  • Support Oracle/ServiceNow queue clean-up.
  • Provide support to internal and external customers.
  • Escalate issues requiring second-level support to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
  • Offer training and guidance on accounts payable procedures and processes.
  • Utilize metrics to enhance training and improve customer satisfaction.
