The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization’s financial operations by accurately and timely processing invoices, reimbursements, vendor payments, and related clerical functions. This role plays a critical part in maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting operational continuity across multiple departments. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
