Organized and reliable
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Support full-cycle A/P
Ensurecompliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time
Organize,register, scan, and invoices, checks, and other documents
Code invoices for all locations based on USALI standards
Import company credit card charges and reconcile to statements
Open,scan, and/ordistribute daily mail
Providesupport to internal business partners
Assistthe Finance Department with administrative tasks
Executeadditionaltasks as needed
