About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-driven AP Specialist to support high-volume invoice processing and vendor management within our growing accounting team.
Requirements
- 1+ year of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills (data review, reconciliation, reporting)
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft Dynamics SL experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume hospital invoices
- Perform invoice coding to general ledger accounts
- Manage vendor communications and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with AP policies and internal controls
- Assist with monthly close
