Are you a detail-driven accounting professional who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency? Aldrich is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to own the full AP cycle — from invoice review and coding to payment processing and reconciliations — while ensuring strong internal controls and timely execution. In this role, you’ll manage purchase orders, oversee corporate credit cards, process employee expenses in Concur, prepare AP accruals, and support 1099 reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
